2. Description of Service

TimelessDrive USA is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of classic, vintage, and exotic automobiles. We provide a platform for sellers to list vehicles and for buyers to discover and purchase vehicles.

Important: NOVAKOV LTD does not own, sell, or take title to any vehicles listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Seller Obligations

If you list a vehicle for sale on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have legal ownership or authority to sell the vehicle
• The vehicle is free from liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims
• All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete
• You will disclose all known defects, damage history, or material issues
• All photographs accurately represent the current condition of the vehicle
• You will respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers
• You will complete the sale in good faith once agreed upon

5. Buyer Obligations

If you purchase a vehicle through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence
• You should arrange for independent vehicle inspection when possible
• You have sufficient funds or financing to complete the purchase
• You will complete payment through our approved methods
• You understand that NOVAKOV LTD does not guarantee vehicle condition
• You will arrange and pay for vehicle transportation/shipping

6. Online Sales Process

We provide comprehensive vehicle information including detailed photographs and descriptions. Buyers are encouraged to request additional information or photographs if needed. Upon purchase, we offer shipping to any location within the United States.

7. Fees and Payments

Our platform may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• Listing fees for sellers
• Transaction fees upon successful sale
• Featured listing upgrades
• Escrow service fees

All fees are displayed before any action is taken. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods. We are not responsible for transactions conducted outside our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• NOVAKOV LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings or seller representations
• We are not responsible for the condition, safety, legality, or any aspect of vehicles listed
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the past 12 months

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers:

• We encourage parties to first attempt direct resolution
• You may request our mediation services to assist in reaching a resolution
• For disputes with NOVAKOV LTD, the laws of England and Wales shall apply
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of England and Wales

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NOVAKOV LTDand are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Engage in price manipulation or artificial bidding
• Circumvent our systems or interfere with other users
• Collect user data without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
